This policy is the standard for what TirangApp will state as fact. It exists so a gaming guide does not drift into advertisement or into invented product detail. The first publication review of this version is 22 October 2026. Later reviews should replace that date only when a person has actually re-read the affected pages.
Purpose
Each public page has one job and one primary intent. We do not open a new URL just because a keyword has another word order. The research file that informed the map is kept for the site owner. It is not printed in the footer and it is not hidden in the page source as a keyword list.
Facts, unknowns, and illustrations
- A statement is written as fact only when it is about this website itself or when it is a stable public fact, such as what an APK file is or how to reach Tele-MANAS.
- Operator identity, download URLs, game rules, payouts, licences, and store listings stay in the “not confirmed” column until the owner verifies them.
- Interface pictures are supplied screenshots. Personal identifiers are covered before publication. Amounts, RTP figures, bonus banners, and any address printed on a screen are not endorsements and are not offers from this site.
- The download button opens https://urlr.to/tiranga, a short link supplied for this site. The file at the end of that link has not been audited here. The button is not a claim of an official package, a checksum, or a store listing.
- Search volumes guide which questions deserve a page. They are not quoted on the public pages as if they were live traffic.
What we refuse to publish
- Hacks, mods, tricks, and prediction systems for colour, number, or big-and-small results.
- Gift codes, invite codes, free recharge, and bonus instructions.
- Agent sign-up and affiliate recruitment.
- Direct links to unverified APK hosts.
- Star ratings, fake reviews, player counts, or guaranteed-return language.
- Advice on bypassing a state gaming restriction.
Pages may mention that people search for those things, so readers know the refusal is deliberate. Mentioning a query is not the same as targeting it with a how-to.
Legal and product review
Before the domain is promoted, the owner should have a qualified person check Indian gaming, advertising, and consumer rules for this kind of information site. This policy does not certify that the underlying games are legal. The responsible gaming page stays neutral on purpose.
Corrections and bylines
Write corrections to editors@tirangapp.in via the contact page. There is no named individual byline yet, because a fictional expert would be worse than a desk label. “TirangApp editorial desk” means the publisher of this site. Replace it with a real name only when that person is accountable for the text.
Tools may be used to draft or edit. A tool is not the publisher. The site owner is responsible for what remains online after review.
Languages
The live site is English for India (en-IN). Hindi and other Indian languages can be added as full translations at a prefixed path. Machine output should not be published as a finished translation. See the internationalisation note in the project docs. The about page explains the site’s independence in the same terms as this policy.
